• Grommets placed approximately every 2 feet
• Custom team design
• Proof sent for approval prior to printing
Optional Add-On:
2" pole pockets can be added to the top and/or bottom for an additional $5 each.

BANNER INFORMATION FORM This form allows us to collect all of the information we need to begin designing your team banner.
Please also email your roster to inkjardesigns@gmail.com in a copy-and-paste format. This helps us avoid spelling errors and ensures player information is entered exactly as provided.
FINAL PROOF & APPROVAL
We will send you a proof for approval before your banner is printed.
Please review your proof carefully for spelling, names, numbers, colors, and all other details. Once the proof is approved, no additional revisions or changes can be made.
SHIPPING
Listing pricing reflects local pickup in Upland. If shipping is needed, additional shipping charges may apply based on banner size, weight, and destination.
