TURNAROUND TIME (TAT)

All orders have a 7–14 business day turnaround time, beginning the business day after the order is placed, unless otherwise specified in prior communication. Some orders may require a longer turnaround time depending on the scope of the project or previous discussion.

PRE-ORDERS

For all items marked PRE-ORDER, the turnaround time begins the business day after the preorder deadline date. Please note that turnaround times for preorder items may differ from standard orders.

ORDER STATUS

To allow us to focus on production and completing orders as efficiently as possible, we do not provide individual order status updates during the stated turnaround time. Customers will be notified once their order is ready for pickup or shipping. If an order extends beyond the stated turnaround time, we will communicate with the customer.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted. Please review size charts and order details carefully before placing your order to ensure the correct size and selections.
